천지연 폭포
Cheonjiyeon Falls is a beautiful three-tiered waterfall located near the Jungmun Tourist Complex in Seogwipo, Jeju Island.
The clear water cascades over limestone formations, forming deep emerald pools. Surrounded by tropical and subtropical plants, the surrounding landscape creates a breathtaking scene.
“Cheonjiyeon” means “connection of heaven and earth,” symbolizing this mystical natural landscape.
The legend of three fairies descending to Cheonjiyeon Falls, who played, then ascended, also holds significant cultural significance.
